Is this camera compatible with a different camera system/non-Zosi NVR?

No, this add on-camera only works with ZOSI 3MP WiFi NVR (ZR08JP, ZR08LL), and it can’t compatible with any non-ZOSI NVR. If it is an old version ZOSI 2mp WIfi NVR, please find us first to check if it can be updated and matched it.

How do I set up motion detection so that this camera can send alerts to my phone when it captures activity?

First,enter Main Menu in NVR- Setup – Alarm – Motion Detection to edit the camera channels and schedules that need to have this feature enabled, and check “To Record”.Then enable the “Alert Push Notification” function on Zosi Smart app.

Does this camera need to be connected to power?

Yes. This add-on camera isn’t a battery camera, it still needs to connect to the power supply.

Can this camera support 5G Wifi?

No. This camera only support 2.4GHz WiFi, not support 5GHz WiFi.

Does this camera support micro SD card (TF card) storage?

No, it is an add-on camera, and it cannot be used separately.
