Incompatibility case: If the thickness of your phone case ismore than 4mm (0.16 inches), or uses an OtterBox case (too thick), it may cause overheating or other anomalies during charging.

For leather cases, as they do not dissipate heat well, it is normal that the surface temperature of the phone during charging is higher than with silicone or transparent cases.

When attaching the wireless charger suction cup to the dashboard, make sure to choose a flat area and press the suction cup tightly before locking it. Wait 30 minutes after installation before placing the phone on it for better adhesion and to prevent falling off.

If the arm clamp occasionally cannot secure the phone, it’s probably due to the phone being placed at an angle. Adjusting the phone’s position should resolve this.

If the charging speed is slower than expected when using the wireless car charger, it could be due to high in-car temperatures and running map or music apps simultaneously. There’s a energy loss during the charging process into the heat instead of going to the battery. Thus, the charging speed decreases. Once the in-car temperature drops to ≤26℃ (78.8℉), overall charging power will increase, improving the battery charging speed.

Please note, a QC3.0 car charger is needed as the device’s power source (to be purchased separately).
