What can I do if there is no 5G signal?

Ensure your router supports 5G.

Check if you have turned on the setting “Combine 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi Network” in Wifi setting.

If yes, only one wifi signal will be shown.

If not, both 5G and 2.4G will be displayed, you could manually choose it.

How can we troubleshoot if the internet speed is slower than we expected?

(2) Manually adjust different channels for the router, and find out the optimal channel so that the interference is minimal.

(1) Check if the WiFi function of the nearby router work properly when connected to the cell phone directly.

(2) Check whether the wireless router and wireless AP have settings to hide the wireless network name.

What can I do if the internet disconnect when the computer awakens after inactivity?

We suggest you turn off the power-saving mode of the computer, otherwise, it will take about a minute to reconnect to the router when the computer awakens after inactivity, giving the impression that the network is directly disconnected.
