PS Console Pairing Steps(Only support 2.4G wireless or 3.5mm wired mode):

1. Insert the 2.4G USB transmitter into the game console. The Type C transmitter must be assembled together for use and cannot be separated.

2. Switch the headset toggle to 2.4G mode.

3. Press and hold the power button; the indicator light will flash red and blue alternately. The headset will automatically connect the PS4/5, and the adapter will show a solid blue light after connection.

4. In the settings of PS4/5, you can see the headset’s pairing name displayed as “FORCEONE41”. Increase the headset’s volume to listen for sound and confirm that the connection is normal.

Xbox Pairing Steps(Only support 3.5mm wired mode):

1. Use the headset’s included 3.5mm 4-pole audio cable and plug it into the Xbox controller.

2. The upper right corner of the monitor displays a headphone icon.

3. In the settings options of the Xbox , turn the volume and microphone monitoring options to the maximum. At this point, you should be able to hear your own voice when speaking, or enter a game and hear the in-game sounds.

Please note the following:

1. When using the 2.4G USB Dongle to connect PS5/PS4/PC/Laptop, the Type-C transmitter cannot be detached and must be used as a whole.

2. For Xbox series, our gaming headset is compatible only in 3.5mm wired mode.

3. The Bluetooth Function does not support PS5 or PS4. Please switch the headset toggle to 2.4G mode and Insert the 2.4G USB transmitter into the game console.

4. Please do not insert the TYPE C module of the wireless transmitter into the headphone’s charging port. Simply plug the TYPE C module or the USB+TYPE C module as a whole into the device you want to connect for pairing.
