Bands are 48” in length and feature a stackable metal clipping system to produce up to 75 lbs of resistance. They are made from the highest quality natural latex to ensure maximum life.

Heavy Duty Door Anchor. Made with durable nylon webbing to withstand 400 pounds of tension. The large Door Anchor Stopper is built to secure your bands at all points of the door frame. The stopper measures 3 inches in diameter and 1.5 inches thick. Even if there is a sizeable space at the top and bottom of the door, the anchor will lock in. The Door Anchor Loop is made with an additional neoprene padding to help preserve your resistance bands from damage.

Soft Grip Foam Handles – Set of Two. Constructed of heavy duty nylon webbing with soft grip foam handles that are soft yet firm for comfort and control during exercises.

Premium Ankle Straps – Set of Two. Made of high quality nylon webbing and feature an adjustable velcro strap with a soft neoprene padding for extra comfort during exercises. Attached is a stainless steel D-ring for easy and reliable connection.
