How to connect the PS5/PS4?

1.Connect the USB into PS4/5 main box.

2.Setting headset to 2.4GHz mode.

3.Console settings: Main menu>Settings>Devices>Audio>Audio devices>Set input & output device to BL 100 PRO>Set output to headphones to all audio>Set volume control to 100%.

Can I use Bluetooth mode with PC and PS5/4?

Bluetooth function doesn’t directly support PS5, PS4,PC, additional 「USB Bluetooth Adapter」 is required (not included), recommend to use the 2.4G USB mode in PS5, PS4, PC devices.

Can this headset be used in wired mode?

Yes, a 3.5mm cable that works with all devices with an audio jack that is included, so when the headset battery is low, you can continue to play games with a wired connection.

Is the BL 100 PRO gaming headset compatible with the Xbox console?

BL 100 PRO wireless gaming headset does not support wireless connection to Xbox, but can be connected by wire (Except Xbox One, which requires an additional adapter)
