Yes, it is 100% powered by solar, you can install it anywhere you want.

Must i pay money for memory storage?

No, you just need to insert a SD card (128G MAX, not include) to the camera, all recording will be stored in the SD card.

I want to add this new camera to my NVR, is that OK?

The camera can be added to Hiseeu Wireless NVR system, can not work with POE NVR or other Brands.

Is it 24/7 recording?

No, the solar camera will record when detect motion, not 24/7 recording.

Does it support 5G WiFi?

No, the camera only support 2.4G WiFi, and the distance for your router to camera should be within 30FT-50FT, or the signal will be weak.
