The TV soundbar is not compatible with Dolby and DTS, to avoid silent or noisy output from the speakers, please disable the Dolby /DTS on your TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube or other streaming video APPs.For Optical/HDMI ARC connections, please change your TV audio output to Optical/HDMI ARC, and change the audio format setting to PCM.For HDMI ARC connection, please make sure HDMI-ARC and HDMI-CEC (if this option is available) is on.HDMI ARC for TV connection only, not for PC, monitor or DVD/Blu-ray player.
